The well-known singer has finally made public her new temperamental and black-and-white video clip.
Emeli Sande bares her soul by crashing waves in her changeable music video for new single “Hurts”. Charles Mehling directed the clip with epic aerial shots, disorienting camera movements, and symbolic imagery like a man walking completely alone on a beach.
The singer explores the spectacular high end of her vocal range on "Hurts," singing her amazing lovelorn lines.
“Baby, I'm not made of stone, it hurts. Loving you the way I do, it hurts”.
The song “Hurts” is included into comes the Scottish soul-pop musician's second studio album titled “Long Live the Angels”. It will be officially releases on November 11, 2016.
“Angels” follows the singer`s first LP named “Our Version of Events” released in 2012. She suggested that she struggled to deal with her LP's great success.
Emeli Sande commented it on like the following:
“Sounds a bit dramatic, but I just wanted to disappear. I just had this overwhelming sensation and realization everything had to stop. And then slowly it did”.
